Buscamos un MANAGER POSTVENTA cuya responsabilidad sea maximizar las ventas cerrando negocios de manera continua después de la primera venta; negociar con cuentas existentes para renovaciones de contratos; mantener contratos y otros documentos y realizar otras tareas necesarias para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en todo momento. También es responsable de las pérdidas y ganancias, las ventas y las actividades promocionales relevantes (eventos), la elaboración de presupuestos y el marketing posventa general. Una tarea importante es también la cobranza de efectivo de los clientes y garantizar que no se produzcan deudas incobrables o cuotas atrasadas dentro de la organización, comunicándose continuamente con los clientes como principal gerente clave de posventa. COMO MANAGER DE LOGÍSTICA Para cumplir nuestra promesa a los clientes, buscamos una persona excepcionalmente talentosa, brillante y comprometida con el "delivery". Actualmente, buscamos un manager de logística para unirse a nuestro equipo y administrar las operaciones dentro de nuestro centro en Santa Pola. Este profesional multitarea gestionará y supervisará las actividades de recepción, manipulación, almacenamiento, selección y embalaje dentro del almacén, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad en todo momento. El candidato ideal está excepcionalmente orientado a los detalles y es capaz de rastrear múltiples facetas del almacén en cualquier momento. Debe lograr la precisión del inventario, coordinar los pedidos y realizar un seguimiento de los tiempos de envío y, en última instancia, supervisar el cumplimiento de miles de pedidos de productos cada año.

Responsibilities
  • Train and manage a Sales Managers team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Ensure the warehouse operates (Latytude Software) at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Daily and Monthly Operations
  • Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
  • Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
Requirements
  • Trilingual (Spanish, Italian and English)
  • 3+ years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees
  • 2+ years experience in Sales and After Sales Services
  • Master Education
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency with warehouse management software (Latytude preferred)
