Rodriguez’s career is distinguished by her breadth of diverse experience in HR and Tech across transformative industries and cultural awareness, having lived in multiple countries around the world. More recently, as Chief Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Bayer, she leads the group strategic direction of Bayer’s Talent Management and DE&I Strategy. Her work spanned significant aspects of the employee experience, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Leadership Development, Executive Development and Succession Planning, Talent Experience platforms, and transitioning towards a future skills-based organization powered by intuitive AI technology.
Beatriz’s advisory role in the Airbus Executive Committee (STAR program) enriches our ecosystem with unparalleled strategic insights and best practices in technology and leadership from one of the world’s leading aerospace innovators.
Before Bayer, Rodriguez was the Chief Operating Officer for HR at Baker Hughes, where she led the HR transformation, reshaped Global HR Services and Operations, and built a technology roadmap to evolve the employee experience. Her nearly 20-year tenure at General Electric GE saw her achieving results in a broad spectrum of HR business leadership and functional roles across different geographies and industries.
Rodriguez holds a double bachelor’s in Psychology, and master’s degrees in both Industrial Labour Relations and Finance, and is a certified Executive Coach. Her multilingual skills and diverse international experience are testaments to her global perspective and commitment to talent development.
